About Me

While my professional life allows me to use my creativity in wonderful ways, I'm also a passionate neurodiversity advocate. As an executive with ADHD (and a son with dyslexia), I believe in using my platform to bring awareness to the competitive advantages of the neurodivergent community. I write and speak about neurodiversity in the workplace regularly, and have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Post, Forbes and Fast Company, and others. I also regularly speak on podcasts, at ERGs, and have even conducted research about neurodiversity in the workplace.
I'm also dedicated to the fight against pancreatic cancer and since 2020 have volunteered as the Chair of the Marketing Communications team for the San Francisco Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) affiliate. I'm also a team captain for the annual PurpleStride event, and I've helped raise over $850,000 for this incredible cause. You can read more about my "why" here.
I'm an award-winning Chief Communications Officer, known for infusing authenticity and passion into my work. With 15+ years focused on enterprise technology, building standout brands with breakthrough positioning has become my passion (and something you can sense as soon as you meet me!).

I've worked at public Fortune 500 companies, early and late-stage ventures, brand-new upstarts, and PE-backed entities. Regardless of size, my scrappy "get sh*t done" attitude allows me to scale up or down as needed to develop and execute marketing strategies that result in significant brand awareness, customer growth, and ultimately—revenue. I'm an expert storyteller and have successfully repositioned multiple companies as leaders in new markets through strategic brand and communications. I've also integrated more than a dozen companies through M&A and have extensive experience with corporate integrations from both buyer and seller perspectives.
